of the Aladesc CRM Engine product suite.
Aladesc Server This product allows emails to be processed for
the Workgroup without the need for users to be logged in. All ‘Rules’, ‘Auto-Replies’ and ‘Out
of Office’ notifications will be handled; as will any ‘Alerts’ that
need to be sent via Text-Messaging.
In addition Aladesc Server includes both SMTP and IMAP Servers
so you can send and receive your emails using your PDA, Outlook
Express or Web Browser and have them tracked in contactmanager as
if you were sitting behind your desk.
AlaSync Synchronise Appointments, Contacts and Tasks with
your PDA running Windows Pocket PC or CE.
‘Go Mobile’ Take contactmanager on
the road with you using it’s ‘Go Mobile’ features.
Work as normal whilst you’re away from the office and then
when you return just re-join the Workgroup and everything will
be synchronised for you.
